Issue Launching Tableau Desktop

Hi All,

 

 

I have asked support but no response yet and I am DESPERTE to be able to get back into my tableau application as I have a presentation next week I need to continue building.

 

 

The issue is that when I launch the Desktop app I get these error messages……. The application then crashes and won't open…

Anyone had this and know what the issue is, or even better how to mend this.

 

I have done the usual uninstall and reinstall and my local IT team cannot help.

    Support called and resolved this.

     

    There was a bug in the file that was repaired when they logged onto my machine remotley
